INFORMATION FOR YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT
Please have your hair FRESHLY WASHED AND DRY FOR ALL SERVICES BEFORE I ARRIVE.
I will need an area that is well lit with natural light, has plenty of space for me to work around you, and a window that can be opened. I will bring my own towels and equipment.
When COVID-19 cases are high, I will be wearing a face mask. I ask if you, where possible, could wear one too.
PLEASE NOTE: A Trim is a little off the length. A Restyle is a new, different style from the one you currently have. This requires a blow-dry too, to make sure your new style is perfect! See Price List.
HOW TO PAY
I accept payment by Cash, Card or Bank Transfer.
To avoid a 50% cancellation fee please be sure to cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment. I respectfully ask that IF YOU HAVE A COLD, FEEL UNWELL, OR HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS that you reschedule your hair appointment for when you are well enough to enjoy it!
Based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England, I cover a 5-mile radius including the following areas :
Chalkwell, Eastwood, Hadleigh, Leigh-on-Sea, Rochford, Southchurch, Southend-on-Sea, Shoebury, Thorpe Bay, Wakering and Westcliff-on-Sea.
For an added £5 out of area travel charge I also cover:
Rayleigh, Hockley, Hullbridge and Thundersley.
And for Weddings I also cover: (£10 out of area charge added)
Benfleet, Canvey Island and Wickford.
For new colour clients, or for your new colour, a consultation is required.
This takes approximately 15 minutes and is £10 which is deducted from your final bill.
A skin test is also required 48 hours before your colour appointment.
